StormKlear Liqui Floc®  obtains General Use Level Designation (GULD)

Seattle, WA- StormKlear Liqui Floc® is proud to announce that StormKlear has obtained a General Use Level Designation (GULD) with the Washington State Department of Ecology.

StormKlear now has the only chitosan-based product with a GULD in the state of Washington (ChitoVan has had its Conditional Use Designation revoked by the Washington State Department of Ecology).  Liqui Floc is a product designed for the treatment of suspended sediment in construction storm water and uses a proprietary chitosan formula to coagulate suspended particles when added to untreated storm water thereby neutralizing the negative static electrical charge on soil particles.

Liqui Floc incorporates liquid injection with filtration, gravity settling & infiltration or biofiltration and was formulated specifically to treat sediment that will not settle out by gravity alone.
